Marina Squerciati Meets Up with Chicago P.D. Co-Stars & Teases Return
Marina Squerciati, LaRoyce Hawkins, Tracy Spriridakos, and Chicago Med‘s Nick Gehlfuss were all present.
It looks like the One Chicago squad are basketball fans!
“Get ready, get set, here we come… ” she captioned the post. She also revealed that Chicago P.D. Season 11 is set to officially begin filming in a week, just in time for the series’ Wednesday, January 17 premiere date.
Hawkins also shared the same snapshot to his Instagram story, proudly writing: “Almost like we never left.”
One Chicago reunites for a good cause
This isn’t the only time that One Chicago has had an exciting crossover reunion lately. On October 22, Squerciati attended an event at The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago with her on-screen love Patrick John Flueger (Adam Ruzek), Gehlfuss, and former Chicago Med star Torrey DeVitto (Natalie Manning). Also attending were Chicago Fire‘s Kara Killmer (Sylvie Brett) and Joe Minoso (Joe Cruz).
The exhibit was called The Blue Paradox, and it explored human’s impact on pollution in the oceans. Squerciati shared a picture of her posing with Flueger, before we caught a glimpse of the squad standing in the exhibit.
“Good Friends + A Good Cause = An Evening at The Blue Paradox. I hope you can visit Chicago and see the exhibit and do a deep dive into the impact of plastic pollution in our oceans. There are actions (big and small!) that we can make. I’ll be honest, sometimes I get overwhelmed by the planet crisis, but this exhibit made me feel inspired; like I could do some good here,” Squerciati captioned the post.
DeVitto is also passionate about the cause. “Feeling inspired after visiting #TheBlueParadox at @msichicago last night! 🌊 Let’s lower our plastic footprint, together. This immersive and educational exhibit created by @scj in partnership with @conservationorg 🌍 needs to be seen to believe!” she wrote on her post.
