Hollyoaks confirms dark drugging story for Sienna Blake – as she’s spiked by someone close to home
Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) will be left utterly shaken and confused in Hollyoaks next week when she comes to realise that she’s been spiked, with no memory of what happened.
The much-loved village icon, as viewers know, has been coming to terms with a lot of change as of late, following the death of Rafe Harcourt (Chris Gordon) and the discovery that Dilly (Emma Johnsey-Smith) is her sister.
Factor in a hostage situation, not to mention the end of her relationship with actual soulmate Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey), it’s safe to say that it’s been quite a year for her.
With Rafe having been in a lot of debt, Sienna is forced to move out of Harcourt manor in upcoming scenes and back into her former flat at Oakdale Drive, where both Liberty and Dilly join her.
During the move, however, Sienna discovers that Rafe did in fact leave her thousands of pounds – and it doesn’t take her long to work out that James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) is the reason why she never got her hands on it.
A showdown between the two village favourites ensues later this week, with Sienna getting arrested. But a brush with the law proves to be the least of her worries, as next week things take a harrowing turn.
Sienna wakes up on The Love Boat with Freddie Roscoe (Charlie Clapham) to find blood in her arm. The whole proves rather confusing and overwhelming for her and thus she seeks medical attention, with Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) finding traces of sedative in her blood.
Horrified, Sienna turns her attention to James, accusing him of being responsible in some sort of revenge plot for their altercation previously. The showdown, however, is observed by Martha (Sherrie Hewson), who introduces herself.
Sienna finds the newcomer’s presence unnerving, particularly in regards to how much she’s interested in the family.
Afterwards, she relays her discovery to Liberty and Dilly, confirming that not only did Martha drug her – but that her surname is also Blake!
The three sisters waste little time in confronting Martha, but will they get the answers that they’re after?
You’ll just have to wait and see but, shortly afterwards, Dilly is left upset by a note from Martha.
Hollyoaks confirmed earlier this month that Martha is Sienna’s estranged grandmother, who will arrive in the village with son Jez, who is Sienna’s uncle. Jez, intriguingly, will be played by Jeremy Sheffield, who portrayed Sienna’s twisted father Patrick.
