Hollyoaks’ Frankie makes a big change as JJ applies pressure

The teen reaches out to police.

The following article references sibling sexual abuse.

Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Tuesday’s (June 25) episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn’t air on E4 until Wednesday.

Hollyoaks has hinted at JJ Osborne’s downfall in the latest streaming episode.

Earlier this week, JJ’s sibling Oscar Osborne saw incriminating video footage of his abuse but was warned by JJ to forget everything he’d witnessed.

Meanwhile, Frankie received some wonderful news when she was accepted into dance college. Suzanne subsequently agreed that she’d let Frankie go to this new school provided her doctors think she is ready.

In the newest episode on top streaming service Channel 4+, Oscar tried to speak with Frankie about what he’d seen in the disturbing video.

“I know what I saw. I’m not a stupid kid. JJ attacked you,” Oscar revealed.

Frankie tried to downplay the footage, though she admitted to Oscar that she was afraid of JJ and suggested he should be too.

“Make sure JJ knows you’ve forgotten about it. That’s really, really important,” she said.

Later, JJ continued trying to exert control over Frankie by telling her that everyone would get what they wanted so long as she kept her mouth shut.

Frankie asked JJ whether he felt guilty for framing Nancy for her fall, but he shot back: “It’s on both of us. We are so close to getting everything we want.”

JJ then grabbed Frankie by the shoulders, warning her that both of their futures would “go up in flames” if his abuse was revealed. He claimed Nancy would be able to come home once Frankie went to college in London.

“We made a deal. You keep to your side and I keep to mind,” JJ reminded her.

Shocked by JJ’s callous response, Frankie later phoned DS Peel to change her police statement. Will Frankie reveal JJ’s abuse?
