Hollyoaks reveals danger for Freddie in Warren death plot

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks has revealed that danger lies ahead for Freddie Roscoe next week, after he becomes the number one suspect in Warren Fox’s death plot.

Warren’s life is about to be turned upside down by a mysterious gangster known only as ‘Blue’, who police detective Zoe Anderson believes is responsible for the recent attempt to gun down Warren in the village.

When Warren realises that dates of Blue’s disappearance in 2017 (which he learns from Zoe) and sudden torment of him match up with Freddie’s prison stint and subsequent return to the village, he becomes convinced that Freddie is the mystery gangster.

In scenes set to air on the Channel 4 soap next week, Freddie continues to adjust to parenting Lexi, who is left in Freddie’s care after his brother Robbie mysteriously leaves the village.

Darren urges Freddie to step up and be a good father to Lexi, who is unimpressed when Freddie accidentally bins her favourite toy.

Meanwhile, Mercedes begs Warren to return to the Lakes after her hospital check-up.

However, plans soon change when Rex shows up at the loft and urges Warren to team up with him and Norma to take Freddie down.

Back at the hospital, a frustrated Mercedes tells Warren that he will never see the twins again if he hurts Freddie.

Freddie continues to struggle with fatherhood and tries to win Lexi over with a picnic, narrowly avoiding the wrath of Norma after Warren tells her to stand down.

However, Warren has another card up his sleeve and recruits Ste Hay, who gets out of a prison sentence for his involvement in the death of Warren’s daughter thanks to some help from Blue.

When Ste says that he can’t kill Freddie and risk going to prison, Rex and Warren explain that the plan is to get Freddie drunk and make his death look like an accident.

At the Love Boat, Freddie bonds with Lexi, unaware that he is being watched by Ste and Rex.

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
