Season 11 of Chicago P.D. is officially underway as the Intelligence Unit tackles a brand new set of high-stakes cases.
Is a new episode of Chicago P.D. on tonight, February 14?
No, a new episode of Chicago P.D. will not be airing on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
Instead, a repeat of Season 11’s premiere, “Unpacking,” will air at 10/9c. We won’t spoil the episode for those who still need to catch-up with the latest season, but just know there are major updates for both Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) and Upton (Tracy Spiridakos).
You’ll also notice that one member of the Intelligence Unit, Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar), doesn’t appear during the episode. But don’t worry! He returns with a major new romance later on in the season.
When does the next new episode of Chicago P.D. air?
Along with the rest of One Chicago, Chicago P.D. Season 11 will return with a new episode on Wednesday, February 21 at 10/9c. Episode 5’s “Split Second” is set to focus on Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins).
What happened on Chicago P.D. in the last episode?
Episode 4’s “Escape” put all the focus on Torres after he finally returned following a brief hiatus. During the hour, Torres went undercover in a new investigation in hopes of taking down a major Chicago drug trafficker, Rafael Perez. However, by the end of the episode, he’s failed to arrest Rafael. Instead, he kisses his new informant Gloria Perez — who also happens to be Rafael’s wife.
“You could die at any moment, and there’s this one person that’s been with you throughout that time,” Aguilar told NBC Insider. “Things just happen… He definitely knows that this isn’t right to do. But he’s taken in by the moment. I think it’s something he was not expecting at all.”
