The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jordan Fakes Mental Breakdown – Gets Stuck in Psych Ward to Avoid Prison?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) needs a new plan now that she’s pulled off her last one. Jordan’s goal was to get out of the basement she was trapped in – and with the help of that toxin vial, she succeeded.

Although Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) wasn’t thrilled about helping Jordan survive, she couldn’t stand by and do nothing.

That’s undoubtedly what Jordan was betting on when she gulped down that vial in front of Nikki, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin)!

Not everyone agreed with Nikki’s 911 decision, but it was her choice to make.

Now Jordan is recovering at the hospital and facing transfer to a maximum-security prison.

It’ll be much tougher for Jordan to escape if she ends up there, so she’s determined to find a way to stay at Memorial until she can figure out her next move.

With that in mind, we should make some Y&R predictions on how exactly Jordan will extend her stay in the hospital.

Could Jordan fake a mental breakdown and try to get herself stuck in the psych ward?

Between Jordan’s time in captivity and the toxin she ingested, she might have good reasons to make it seem like she’s completely lost it.

Perhaps Jordan could prevent to revert to childhood and talk like she’s a little girl.

Then again, Jordan might pretend she thinks Eve Howard (Margaret Mason) is still alive and coming to pick her up.

Maybe Jordan could even just start spouting nonsense and sell a doctor on the idea that she might be mentally incompetent to stand trial.

Whatever the case, Jordan may at least get sent to the psych ward for a proper evaluation since she claimed she was trying to end her own life.

From there, Jordan might fake insanity and try to buy herself some time.

Since Claire was able to avoid prison through intense therapy, Jordan might hope she can magically get off the hook, too.

It may not be so easy for Jordan considering she’s responsible for far worse crimes than Claire, but that won’t stop her from trying anything and everything to lengthen her stint at Memorial!
