Torrey Devitto Rescued the Most Unexpected New Pets and They’re Too Cute

Torrey Devitto Rescues 2 New Pet Goats: Details | NBC Insider

The former Chicago Med star adopted some farm animals earlier this month.

Torrey Devitto (Dr. Natalie Manning) just got some new special friends!

On August 18, the former Chicago Medstar posted about some new unconventional pets she adopted. Not dogs, not cats, but goats. Yes, you read that right.

Devitto proudly shared some snapshots of her new adorable goats on her official Instagram page, which she adopted from Oinking Acres Farm and Sanctuary in Indiana. The goat’s respective names are cleverly named Pip and Squeak. In the pictures, she pet the tan colored goat and held the black goat to the camera with a big grin on her face, before kneeling down to pet a massive sleeping pig. How cute!

“Say hello to Pip and Squeak, my new rescue goats. They are the sweetest little loves who are so personable and social! I couldn’t be more excited to add them to my ever-growing farm family,” she wrote in the caption.

Two months ago, Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. fans got the best of both worlds when Devitto and Marina Squerciati (Kim Burgess) reunited for a vacation in Israel. In the snapshots posted to Squerciati’s official Instagram page, the two embraced while in front of some flowers at a winery.

“Crossover in Israel!” Squerciati wrote in a caption.

Torrey Devitto’s Chicago Med Season 8 finale cameo

Owen (Ari Morgan) and Natalie (Torrey DeVitto) appear in Chicago Med.
Devitto departed Chicago Med during Season 6 after her character Dr. Natalie Manning was caught stealing medication to aid her terminally ill mother. However, during the Season 8 Finale, fans were surprised to see Dr. Manning make an appearance when her former fiancé Dr. Will Halstead, played by Nick Gehlfuss, made his way to the Seattle airport to be with her.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Devitto opened up about her experience filming the episode. “It was really short and sweet and beautiful — exactly what it needed to be,” she told the outlet. “[Will’s] made the move to come be with her in Seattle, where she’s living now, and they kind of walk off into the sunset and you can assume they live happily ever after.”

“I feel like I left the show on such a good note — it was just time to move on and time to go and time to grow, really,” DeVitto explained. “But it was always one of those things where I knew that if they asked me back, I would enjoy going back. Because, I mean, I love my cast so much. And especially, you know, Nick Gehlfuss and I had such an intense storyline together for six years.”
